The Internet Sales/Business Development Rep at Faulkner Chevrolet Cadillac will work directly with potential customers as they access our website to give them information about our products and help set up appointments to meet with our sales team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the automotive industry in either a Sales or Internet/BDC capacity to provide support for our Sales team. As with all positions within our Faulkner dealerships, Internet Coordinators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze customer needs, provide superior customer service

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas

• Build and maintain customer loyalty through effective communication

• Attend sales meetings and continuous training

• Ensure Faulkner processes are being followed consistently

• Follow up with incoming leads, build strong customer base


Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license, along with:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales preferred

• Commitment to exceptional customer service

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests

This position will consist of a base salary plus commission for appointments set and deals completed.

• Other job considerations:

Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary. Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
