This full-time role will support our recruiting efforts with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications and positioning them appropriately for job opportunities within our dealership group. The small size of the current team means that the right candidate will be able to “wear many hats” and make a significant contribution to the overall success and continued growth of The Faulkner Organization by finding exceptional talent.

Role and Responsibilities:
•    Receive and qualify new positions and collaborate with managers to establish parameters of acceptable candidate profiles
•    Ensure that job requisitions are posted to all relevant career sites
•    Identify potential and priority candidates through the use of online job boards, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing.
•    Conduct candidate resume reviews and call, screen and qualify candidates
•    Administer pre-employment testing, conduct background checks and drug tests
•    Make recommendations to hiring managers
•    Create offer letters
•    Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, policies, benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
•    Serve as a liaison with area colleges, Vo-Tech schools and industry associations
•    Complete timely reports on employment activity including new hire and retention statistics
•    Guarantee positive interactions with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview, offer, and on-boarding phases to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Skills and Experience:
•    BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Communications strongly preferred
•    1-3 years recruiting, sourcing or outbound sales experience preferred
•    Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast paced, virtual environment and constantly changing schedules
•    Approachable / strong customer service and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
•    Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
•     Solid business acumen
•    Experience with high volume recruiting a plus!

This role will interact directly with the business managers to fully vet and understand the needs of each hiring manager. The Recruiter must always keep their hiring manager’s satisfaction as top priority.
