Faulkner is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist the customers in our Collision Center in Bethlehem. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming phone calls to the Body Shop, set appointments for customers, and return calls to customers to give updates on repair order status. We may also have you communicate with our insurance partners, as well as handle filing, scanning, and accounts receivable as necessary. Customer service is our focus, so professionalism, maturity and ethical behavior are a must for this position. Experience working with Microsoft Excel is also preferred. Job Requirements

• Commitment to Excellent Customer Service

• Exceptional communications skills - both oral and written

• Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information

Other job considerations:

Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary. Position may include sitting, standing, bending and reaching, as well as lifting up to 15 pounds.
