We are seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our growing staff in the Trevose area. The Title Clerk processes new and used vehicle sales transactions, verifies information for the accounting department and prepares legal transfer documents for the state department of motor vehicles. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:

• Processing all registration for vehicles to be titled

• Submitting all information to the state's department of motor vehicles

• Maintaining a list of all outstanding title work

• Reporting the status of all title work to department managers

• Processing and registering warranties and extending the service contracts of various vehicles

• Posting vehicle sales and preparing payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins

• Updating manuals when rates, rules, or regulations are amended

 The primary role of this position is that of Title Clerk, however successful candidates must be willing and able to assist other office workers with such duties as warranty administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other clerical items as needed. Teamwork and cross-training are a must, as all of our office staff work closely with each other to ensure the success of the entire dealership. Job Requirements

 Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year general office experience

• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 2 years' previous title work experience

• Motivated team player

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Effective organization and prioritization skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must!
